Super fast service for eye test and driving licence renewal, very professional!
It’s the 5th place I tried this week and we finished everything in 5 mins. Love the service and zest of the optometrist. He even made me laugh ✌🏽 big thank you
The salesman and saleswoman were biased and unfriendly. I asked to help me choose and he was indifferent and condescending. This is not the first time.very poor customer service . Racially biased I would say.
Terrible service! i won’t recommend coming here. i entered expecting to buy some glasses for myself and was greeted by a very rude and aggressive employee who was staring me and my friends down and asking rude questions like “what are you doing here” in a very aggressive tone. The prices were very high and not competitive. After trying out 5 pairs of glasses the employee shouted at us “ENOUGH TRYING GET OUT”, this surprised us since that is what you do in an optics shop. If you want to leave with a pleasant costumer service experience do not come here!
Male employee was very rude and greeted us with aggressive questions and statements and later kicked us out because we were trying on glasses for too long. “enough trying khalas”. Prices were too high compared to other places anyways. I hope he doesn’t receive commission considering he doesn’t deserve it. Very unhappy with customer service and will not be coming back. Please reconsider who is working at this business.
