I feel so lucky to find such a great, professional and very helpful osteopath. He helped me a lot to release blocked muscles and also suggested which exercises I should do to minimize the tension in my body. He can also help to align your posture, body, symmetry. Every person needs to visit an osteopath, and the earlier the better. You can also take your children, as a father of 3, he has great knowledge about children's bones, growth and alignments.
