One of GIG Gulf Dubai's patient, Heba Bou Diab said "I had the worst experience ever with this company although I have full risk insurance for car accidents , I had a car accident on 20 November which was ud83dudcaf the mistake of the other driver,and on 21 November my car got taken to the garage and then the garage right away told me that I need to pay around 700 aed because they are not able to find new spare parts and I have to pay for depreciation, I found it very inconvenient given that I am the one at loss and the accident was not my mistake, I negotiated with GIG and told them that I found this very strange for me to pay and not the insurance company of the other driver. They insisted that this is the policy and as I didnu2019t want to delay the process, I ended up accepting to pay. My policy covers for 7 days replacement car and I took the replacement car for 7 days starting from 4 December expecting that my car will finish supposedly in 7 days as I have been told. 11 December came and my car wasnu2019t done yet and I reached out to the garage and they said we need 3 to 4 days more, hence I extended the replacement car on my own expenses for 3 to 4 days considering that Saturday I should receive my own car. Saturday came and the garage didnu2019t answer me and I stayed without car. I called the garage again on Monday and they said we need more 3 to 4 days so I reached out to the insurance and told them to cover a replacement car for me and it took them 3 days of back and forth calls and emails to approve only 3 additional days that I already took from 11 December to 14 December and they said they canu2019t give me a car because the policy can only cover for 7 days and extend only 3 days. Their staff kept on repeating the same thing without any understanding that myself as a client I am at loss I have no car for almost a month and their garage keep on throwing false promises and misleading me and also them they have no idea when my car will be finished as they have no proper communication between their teams, still noone in the insurance company wants to be accountable and make sure that the client right is granted. I felt humiliated with them asking for my car and also a replacement car and not trusting any word because they keep on dragging and dragging me and transferring me from one manager to another without any solution, they drained my energy and wasted my time and my money.what a horrible experience.";.

Having lived in the UAE for over 10 years, I've dealt with several medical insurance companies. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience. The service is disappointing, and it feels like their primary objective is to reject claims rather than support their clients.

Flawless experience renewing my car insurance. Adnan Akbar was very accommodating and helpful with all my requests and we were able to secure the insurance at a great price with a good valuation. Strongly recommend working with GIG AXA for any car insurance.

Terrible experience with GIG. After a minor accident where I was the non-fault party, I had to deal with an unresponsive team and their incompetent approved repair shop. Despite raising concerns about poor workmanship and service, they insisted I return to the same shop, ignoring my time and preferences. My first two emails were ignored, and the third received no response. As a long-time client, I'm appalled by their lack of professionalism. I ultimately paid out of pocket to fix my car elsewhere to avoid further frustration. Avoid GIG if you value respect and quality service.

I had a very pleasant experience interacting with Batool Mohamed. She was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain things clearly. I appreciate her patience and willingness to assist with any questions I had. Definitely someone you can trust for good service.
