The doctor is very professional, understands her job, and is extremely polite. Nurse Nahed is very kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive. I wish I had given them 50 stars.
The receptionist is an older Arab woman, but she's not normal at all. She's pushy, doesn't want to work, and just wants to be the one to do things. She has some kind of bone disease; everything you tell her is impossible, no way, no way. She's a really strange person and completely unappealing… 😂 The doctor is somewhat knowledgeable, but unfortunately, I felt like their main concern was getting the 200 dirham consultation fee. Also, the hallway smells of spices—biryani spices and spicy ones! 😂 Go see for yourself, smell it, and judge for yourself! 😂

The doctor is incredibly humane and refined, and in terms of expertise, she is undoubtedly the best in Al Ain. The clinic simply needs some development and modernization.
