Very unprofessional and lazy staff at reception, very lazy staff

Emergency Reception has only 1 staff due to this it will take more time to admit the patient...Require to increase the capacity of staff in Emergency reception in evening time to serve multiple patients at the time...otherwise patients have to wait more than an hour which is not good...Emergency Patients must require immediate treatment...

I visited this great hospital due to some sickness. A very great building indeed but unfortunately my insurance was not acceptable there. NAS insurance was mine medical insurance. I hope hospital administration will allow or work on this because as a patient during sickness i suffered more than 1 hour in hospital.nnPlz check your insurance before visiting the hospitals to avoid suffering delays in treatment.nnThanks

It is neat and clean hospital , however it is the only place near AlDhannah(Al Ruwais) city to do the PCR COVID test. In 2023 Anyone who tested positive or who want to do the test should visit the emergency facility. Overall it is good ambience having coffee shops etc.
