I've had knee issues for over 6 years and I went all around Dubai and even outside the UAE for physiotherapy and not one single person cared as Olivia from get on track cared. For the first time ever, my experience and visit was not commercial. She knew exactly what my body needed. She changed my walk, the way I sit the way I put weight on my feet and so many other things. The physiotherapy was absolutely great!!!nI am grateful to have crossed paths with Olivia, she really helped me and changed my whole life style to ensure long term results. They have the best therapist I've work with. Amazing staff, courteous and professional. Super clean facility. I had major pain in my shoulder that 3 doctors recommended surgery but Peter, the therapist, insisted to give physiotherapy time and it did work! Thanks to Peter, I'm all well and did not need surgery!!!

1. This clinic has a policy that says if you're late or don't make it to an appointment, then they will charge you for it or charge the insurance for it. This in itself is illegal!n2. I am a very punctual person and was on time for all my appointments, including on the day of the incident I will now describe. 3. I arrived at the clinic early and waited at the reception, while the therapist, was with another client. The appointment time passed and I asked the receptionist to follow up with the therapist as my husband was very sick at home and I wanted to know that if she is delayed any further, then I'll reschedule. The phone went unanswered 3 times until she finally responded and said she needs another 10 minutes, at which point I said I was leaving. 4. The therapist texts me about 15 minutes later saying that that was impolite of me and that I should have had the courtesy of waiting for her!!!!!! After I told her why I left, she didn't even apologize and instead, she was blaming me for leaving. She ended it with saying that she was looking forward to seeing me!!!!n5. I blocked her and then asked the clinic why they shared my number with her and they said she got it from her database. I also told them what happened and they said that their director would speak to me and no one even bothered. nThis is so unprofessional in a city like Dubai and I am completely gobsmacked!nnIf you go to this clinic, make sure your guards are always up!

The center is well organized and friendly. I have been going for 8 years and I have had a good experience. My favorite therapist is Jumana. She is very concerned about my condition and takes extra time and effort to read about how she can address my needs. She is excellent in her work and very committed to her patients.
Joind this professional rehab facility in 2021, after my first knee replacement surgery. Ms Vina worked wonders with me, and still working after a Tendon repair surgery 5 months ago. Tailored a program to suit the targets I like to achieve. Happy to say that today I managed to complete my 1st horse race over 40 km with ease. Thank you for your excellent work ud83cudf39
