I went for an initial consultation, and had a very comfortable experience. The setting area was serene and spaced out. The receptionist was polite and clear. The nurse was considerate of my concerns and Dr. Schiess was very patient and relaxing to talk to. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner and explained my further treatment options.

Lovely clinic, very qualified doctors. However disclosure of processes, communication, insurance policies etc, needs to be significantly improved. Also very difficult to get to, 3 offices on 2 different floors, the security in the lobby always tells you the incorrect office to go to, and the clinic does not give you the info in advance of which correct floor/office to visit.
I'm grateful to have found a psychiatrist who truly listens without judgment. Dr. Tobias has a calm and compassionate presence, always creating a safe space for open dialogue, he listens without judgment. He is very mindful and thoughtful. He doesn't just listen, he responds with solutions that feel tailored and relevant to me as a person, not just a patient. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely caring and insightful in this field. Highly recommended
