Dr Schiess is an excellent doctor who patiently goes through the entire process. She is very caring. My son has improved quickly in a very short time. nI just think that the Reception team needs more training in customer service, other than that you are in complete professional hands. nYou might experience a Receptionist trying to get you to review all their three branches when you've only been to one, so you can politely let her know that you will review the branch you currently go to. nMy experience in JLT clinic is fantastic and we will continue our procedures.

We as a couple visited Dr. Lavina Ahuja (Clinical Phycologist) and we found out doctor to be really helpful in understanding and addressing our matter. Appointment was always on time. She even accommodated us in her busy schedule even though we made appointment at the very last moment which was so nice of her. nStaff was also really nice and welcoming with very neat environment & tea/coffee offering as well. nI suggest whoever feels anxious, depressed or have any psychological issues, do pay her a visit.
