It is a great experience to find out about our genes and from the results, we are advised as to what sort of life style we should follow including food habits, nature of food, work outs, where to get restrained etc. some of the food habits which I was practising was totally against to my genetic structure and they guided me well on that. Overall it's a needy handbook for everyone.
