I have visited the hospital today and here is my review:n1- location is good and with proximity to most of Dubai areasn2- reception service is bad and would rate it 2/10, the idea behind the reception is to have a good first impression about the place especially when it is a hospital. 3- accuracy of appointments, my appointment was delayed for more than 45 minutes and there was no apology, i have to keep asking for an update and there was no justification. nIn general there are many hospitals in the area and most of them are great but based on my first visit the subject hospital i can definitely say it will be the last one. nHopefully they will review their processes.

HeynI went to Dr. Anurag's Orthopaedic clinic. It was extremely good experience , The doctor is so attentive and professional. He has explained me all my problem in details. I must say, I was impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff, from the nurses to the doctor and patient relation were all incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable especially Mr. Firos (Nursing staff). And ( Aishwarya, Daniel, Eimaan ) during my radiology x rays appointment. I advised to go for the Physiotherapy. I had almost 5 to 6 sessions and treated by Dr. Irfan habeeb. He is very professional. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which is always reassuring in a medical setting. nThanks
The Customer Care service in this hospital is awesome! Their Social Media/Instagram handler is really great & was VERY helpful. And the facials, ETC that I had there were super.
