Garden OB/GYN Garden City

This place is the worst! I tried getting the nexplanon since April 25! I call every week and the call center from the Philippines is no help! They lack customer service and hang up when they can not give answers! For 2 months all they do is send messages to the office and I never get a call back. I did my pap 2 months ago and no one has ever called to give my results! Every time I go I see a different doctor! The only reason I go here is because of availability! This facility needs better customer services individuals answering the phone! Don’t outsource internationally cause it’s cheaper! You are being paid for the services!

I have been a patient at this gynecologist’s office for several years, and I continue to be impressed by the consistently high level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walk in, the front desk receptionists are always welcoming and accommodating. Even on days when I’ve been running late, they go out of their way to ensure I’m still seen and well taken care of.nnThe nursing staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The doctors are truly outstanding people they take the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and work collaboratively with me to find effective solutions. Their genuine care and commitment to their patients’ well-being is evident in every visit.nnThis office sets a standard for what patient care should be. I am grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and compassion they show each and every time.

I really like this office I have been coming here for years and never really had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and the wait times are usually low/ reasonable. There seems to be a positive energy between staff members as well. Which is really important in my opinion on the functionality of a location. All of the doctors I have been treated by are kind, understanding and informative. I would 10/10 recommend this location. I wish all of the employees here the best, appreciate you guys.

I recently visited this clinic for an injection and had a very disappointing experience. After waiting over 25 minutes in the exam room, NP Judeline Etienne informed me that she was not comfortable giving the injection. There was no apology for the long wait or the inconvenience this caused. When I asked for the bag the injection came in the receptionist, Evelyn went in the garbage and attempted to hand it to me. There was no apology for the long wait or the inconvenience this caused.nnI also noticed that this place changes providers with every visit, which is a bad indication of stability and consistency in care. Additionally, the conditions in the bathroom were unacceptable, with a cracked toilet cover, a large hole in the wall, and peeling countertops. There were no paper towels available, and I even spotted mold growing around the carpet.nnOverall, the lack of professionalism and the poor state of the facilities are concerning. I hope the management addresses these issues for the sake of future patients.
