Very disappointed with my experience at Gaelan Hospital. I had severe leg pain and called them around 10:30 PM to check if they could help. They confirmed they could treat me and even gave me an appointment for 10:45 PM. But when I arrived, they refused to see me or even offer a basic painkiller. I could barely walk and was in a lot of pain, but they showed no care or support. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a hospital.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Gaelan Hospital Sharjah. My son underwent adenoid surgery with Dr. Ayman Yakut and Dr. Wageeh, and I can't praise them enough. Both doctors are not only extremely professional and highly experienced, but also very kind, reassuring, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. nThe nurses were just as amazing--so caring, gentle, and supportive. They were constantly checking in on my son, making sure he was comfortable and cared for, and offering kind words that really made a difference during his recovery. Even the X-ray doctor was friendly and professional. nI'm incredibly grateful for the level of care we received. This was our first time at Gaelan Hospital, but it definitely won't be the last. Thank you to the entire team for making this a positive and reassuring experience.
Honestly had such a good experience at Gaelan Hospital. I went to Dr. Sohanda and Dr. Waseem and I recommend the two of them wholeheartedly. Not only are they professional and reliable, but are also empathetic and kind. Those are the things that matter the most, to be seen and heard as a patient.
