i regret signing up for two months without trial plan. my review after trying them for a week or 2- food that arrives is stale. selection on app doesn't work sometimes, then have to manually select. its more stressful to have a meal plan with them. i will switch back to my old meal plan company. Regret changing when i have a competition in july. I have not calculated macros yet. will update review shortly on macros
