The staff were extremely friendly and professional when I had my bloods taken. Everything ran smoothly and quickly.
I just got off the phone with the lady at the reception who was extremely short with me and quite rude. We had a blood test for our five year old last week. The nurses there too were quite short and curt. The lady at the reception I spoke to just a few minutes ago following up on my test results was rude and short. Not a pleasant experience overall with the people there.
They are very accomodating to our queries and responds immediately to our calls if we have urgent samples to pick up. they accommodate our request and do their possible best to give is the reports as quickly as they could.
I used Freiburg in several occasions and they always prove to be a great company. Very high quality of service. I just used their home services and the experience was excellent, someone comes on time (finally), acted very professionally and provided the results on time. Well done team and thank you for your service.
