I was recommended to go here for NIPT by my doctor. The clinic has informed me that they will send the results to my doctor, however when I spoke to my doctor's nurse after a week, she said nothing way received from First Genomix. I tried calling the landline so many times but no one was responding. Also, when I visited their clinic, no one was at the reception. What's going on? I need that result sent to my doctor today!!

Booking an appointment took me more than 3 hours; Employees stopped replying as soon as I wanted to book an appointment but I finally managed. The result was not shared with me I had to message and call several times to get it. Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

Great service! Getting an appointment for home collection & getting the results back was both super fast and easy. They also had an excellent support system over WhatsApp for any questions and the price for quality is great.

Excellent service and super fast turnaround. A major hospital in Dubai took my sample for the NIPT test and informed me 10 days later they had lost the sample - I went to First Genomix who collected and returned it in under 5 days. Highly recommend.
My doctor recommended this place for my NIPT scan. Tried messaging on WhatsApp several times - no response, called on the phone - no response, tried to use their live chat agent - no response. Terrible service
