Excellent service and super fast turnaround. A major hospital in Dubai took my sample for the NIPT test and informed me 10 days later they had lost the sample - I went to First Genomix who collected and returned it in under 5 days. Highly recommend.

I am not in favor to leave poor stars, but communication can be better, one week and i didn't receive the result of nipt or call or any follow up, and the WhatsApp responder stopped responding.
