We are so happy and blessed to do our ivf journey at Ferticlinic Sharjah with Dr. Sawsan. She was very caring and compassionate. Straight to the point. We had smooth journey. Everyone from Doctors, Nurses and staff was easy to deal with and friendly. We cant Thank You enough for making our dream come true. Godbless the facility and more power.

My experience with this clinic was one of the worst experiences and it will be. I was with Dr Sawsan very careless Dr and doesn't bother, cold and even she doesn't give me a consultation for more than 10 mins max. Since day 1 she doesn't give me any information all information I gathered about IVf I used to get them from my friend's doctors outside. She only prescribes the medicines and I have told her that you are not giving me any information or at least telling me what we are doing. Without even doing a full diagnosis about my case she started the cycle then when she saw that there is no improvement with medication she checked the blood tests and then she found out there is a small issue as she prescribed, when I asked her why we didn't check and did the tests initially and before we started she said in your age it didn't expect this result. No Doctor can start with any patinent without knowing and studying the full history of the patients' situation. It turned out that I should have taken an extra dose of medication and not the one she was prescribing. I felt I spent my entire experience with nurses only where I didn't feel the presence of Dr sawsan at all and even after I did the procedure I asked her if I can see her so at least we discuss what we did she always says no just go to nurses. Because I paid I was obliged to continue. Today I received my result and it's negative I'm okey with it and I believe it all happens with God's will but the Doctor has also a very important role and after getting the result Dr sawsan didn't even call me or told my why the procedure didn't succeed or she asked me for treatment or at least explained my case. Till now I really don't know my case or my diagnosis. I was almost begging for a call back from her side today to at least tell me if I should stop medication or at least for guidance but she didn't and she asked the nurse to call me to tell me simply we are sorry just stop the medication. Overall the reception girls are nice, the nurses too but Dr sawsan I give her under zero rate. I don't recommend this clinic at all, IVF is not easy process it's hectic specially emotionally and I didn't receive any support or good vibes or care from my Doctor. Now I'm looking for a new clinic and new doctor and all my time was just a waste there. Hamida Soumati

My experience with this Clinic is very Disappointing. The staff on the Reception is like ATM machines, They simply want money. I still remember my wife forgot her ATM in home and went for embryo transfer but within half process they stopped medication and ask for money, I called them and told I'm coming but they stoped Medication without any trust. So my request is to make your clinic Trust worthy not Money making Bank. My 1st IVf we have done with Dr Sawsan in which everything was fine everything was good from Beginning till final as I was paying them but the result at the end got Negative. When we asked the reason they told go for 2nd attempt and try again as our Embryo was preserved. Then we decided to go for 2nd and start paying our Hard-worked money by trusting on them. Our 2nd IVF was done with Dr Amin with so much of Hopes and as same everything was fine till I was paying but at the End again result got Failed. And the reason is same that's it not on our Hand. I really don't want to blame any Doctor or Clinic because this is there business. I just want to inform to everyone Please don't trust on any clinic that you will get 100% result Because the success rate is only 20 percent in this process . 'It's very painful emotionally and financially when you get negative results at the end.
Best clinic for couples who are finding difficulties in getting pregnant naturally. First of all I m thankful to Allah then Dr. Amin Gafar & the entire team of ferticlinic for helping us n making our dream of becoming parents true. Its just a miracle for us. Alhamdulillah feeling blessed our twins are due in October.
