Can't thank Dr Karinia and staff at Fakih for their expertise...kindness and support over the past two years on our quest to start a family. It can be quite an emotional experience, dealing with disappointment and managing expectations. They were there for us every step of the way. Nurses and admin staff are just a pleasure to deal with. Also thanks to Dr Walid and Dr Joseph. Everyone truly became invested in our wellbeing and we are truly grateful . We now have a beautiful baby girl!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fakih IVF Center, and I can't recommend them enough. From the moment we walked in, the professionalism and support were evident. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and they truly make you feel at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Lamia, in particular, was exceptional. She provided clear, realistic guidance and gave us a sense of hope while maintaining a grounded, professional approach. Her expertise was evident in every step of the treatment, and she took the time to answer all our questions and concerns with patience and care. What I appreciated most was her transparency--she was honest about our options and didn't promise unrealistic outcomes, which helped set the right expectations. It's clear that Fakih IVF Center is committed to providing not just advanced medical care, but also genuine emotional support. If you're looking for a clinic that combines expertise with empathy, this is the place to go.
I would rate this clinic as average in terms of the medical treatment I received, the technical aspects of the procedures were handled professionally whether it was the egg retrieval or transfer. However, the overall experience felt far less personalized than I had hoped for. The treatment plan appeared quite standard, with little adjustment based on my individual needs or medical history. Given the complexities of fertility treatment, I expected a more tailored approach and greater attentiveness. nI would have liked a more Personalized follow-up from my doctor. Apart from informing me of my PGTA results, there was very little direct communication which may be the standard of the clinic. I often had to initiate follow-ups myself. Even after my second failed transfer, when I was told I would receive a call, that follow-up never came. nFor the amount I paid, I also expected a higher standard of support from the nursing team. While they did assist when asked, their responses were frequently delayed, and multiple times I was promised a call back that never happened. nConsidering the emotional and mental toll of this journey, a more compassionate and responsive approach would have made a difference. It's something I believe should be standard especially in such a sensitive and high-cost process.
