Fakih IVF Fertility Center – Al Ain

I did my egg retrieval at Fakih IVF Al Ain with Dr Saafa and planning to do the embryo transfer soon. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Especially I Should thank Mrs Maram who is like a sister to me. She was with me throughout the journey and still she is with me. With so much hopes I am planning to do my embryo transfer soon. I think this is the ideal place to make your dream a reality.

We have very bad experience with admin staff, not cooperative, no proper communication. Last Thursday we requested to get the medical report by mail, we signed consent form for release of information by mail and we gave our emirates ID during consent check and it was checked by admin staff, today wednesday one week passed and we still haven't received the medical. And today we are in another hospital for continuation of treatment, doctor asked for old reports. So we called the Fakhe and asked for the report and they talked as if they didn't know anything. Whether the consent letter was given was applied for??. Then asking us to come and collect, finally they said they can send it by mail and hung up. Immediately we received a mail which was not a medical report. Again it was a mail asking us to send ID for Emirates ID verification. We were in front of the doctor so the reports were very urgent, we called again and they said it was their policy that they couldn't do anything. Admin staff were making excuses for their laziness. Because it was already given consent and Emirates ID verification was done last Thursday itself and still they kept delaying it. Instead of supporting an emergency, they have complicated matters. We were a paying patient, we had already consented and the Emirates ID verification was all done. Yet they delayed. We completed our consultation without the medical report.nnSo personally I don't recommend Fakhe only because of this Admin staff. All the admin staff are very rude and unsupportive.

Where do I even begin to find the right words. I was referred to Dr Dalia by a patient of mine, and from the moment I met her I felt at ease.
