We underwent IVF at Fakih Fertility Center, Al Ain, after two previous IVF failures at other centers in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Dalia, Dr. Astha, Dr. Safa and their team of nurses and radiologists were incredibly efficient, explaining every step thoroughly and addressing all my queries. nI would like to specially mention Nurse Ms. Vyshakhi, who responded promptly and patiently to my messages, providing immense support throughout the process. nDr. Dalia recommended genetic testing due to my previous failures and carefully monitored my condition. She postponed the embryo transfer twice because of hormonal fluctuations, ensuring the procedure was done at the most optimal time. Thanks to her meticulous approach, the transfer was successfully scheduled, resulting in a viable pregnancy. nWe are truly grateful for the care of the Fakih team and we were extremely happy when we first heard our baby's heartbeat. nI reduced one star due to the inefficiency of the medical report release department. They take an unnecessarily long time to process requests and may provide it incorrectly, which requires reapplying and waiting again for days. This delays critical processes and reflects poor efficiency. You surely have to improve in this matter.

She is the most compassionate, kind hearted, honest, supportive and professional Dr I have met in a long time. The staff are all exceptional, always friendly and always willing to help.
