Responses so far 'sorry you requested late' 'doctors not here' ' we aren't allowed to share' 'you paid promotional price so results not sent' ' the doctor will call you 'nnWhen you take the time to care for your health to do regular pre-cancer screening the least you expect from the clinic is to show some professionalism. nI have visits 3 other clinics to collect same results all responded professionally, promptly and received results within 24 hours. nReading others reviews I can see this is not a once off and nothing will be done.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the nurses at MediCenter Motor City for their kindness and exceptional care. I have been visiting the clinic almost daily for over two months to get an injection for my daughter, and the experience has been nothing but wonderful. The staff has always been welcoming and supportive. nA special thank you to Nurse Amal for her outstanding care and attention to my daughter throughout this period. She has been incredibly patient, kind, and always willing to answer any questions without hesitation. Her compassion and dedication have truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciate her efforts.

Our experience was extremely disappointing at this clinic. The staff seemed unwilling to assist, which made things pretty much frustrating. Poor communication, lack of assistance, long wait time without any consideration or explanation, the front desk, and customer service were unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointing experience and highly unprofessional service at the pediatric clinic in Motor City. The pediatrician can keep you waiting for over 30 minutes without any explanation, but if you're just 5 minutes late -- even after confirming your attendance -- they decide to leave. My child's appointment was scheduled for 5:40 PM, and I arrived at 5:45 PM, only to be told that the doctor had already left. This is by far the worst clinic experience I've had.
Dr Naima (dentist) was wonderful! Very kind and patient with my 3 children and answered all their questions so they felt comfortable. The nurses were also very kind and welcoming. Thank you
