Very poor service, get medicine after half n hour.This is happening always to me. Very very bad service for Al noor clinic near pharmacy..we are waiting one hour.staff very bad behavior.I didn't come next time.staff name one without hair guy..very very bad..please improve your service..all customers facing same situation at the same time.

Good service
Very bad customer service specially, in Al tawar pharmacy, the pharmacist don't know how to talk with patient, 1st day when I went, he said the medicine which doctor prescribed is not approved by insurance, but he is not bothered to call the insurance people and find out what is the reason, and same when I went to life pharmacy near to me, the pharmacist were kind and polite, and they tell me actual reason for the rejection. Next day again I went to pharmacy, the pharmacist forget to take co payment from me and after he call and ask me co payment and when I came, he is telling that I should know there is a co payment, this is pharmacist job, to tell us politely that u201csorry madam we forgot to take co payment from you, your co payment is this muchu201d. No smiling face and very arrogant behaviour. Next time I will never visit this pharmacy again
