They told me it will took 5 working days to receive your glasses and lenses. But it took actually 10 days.nDelay happen and could be acceptable but nobody communicate with me that there is a delay actually, i have to call several time to understand where is my order, but people told me only its delayed without any expectation. After my last call, they told me your glasses is in the shop, i asked them why you dont send me a text or calling me , just answering the mobile is maybe not up to date. They ask me to come at the shop to try the glasses and check if everything is ok with lenses modification, but actually they just gave it to me without no apologize for the delay or any kind of services. really disapointed";.

Be careful!! They will try to sell you insurance as it's mandatory to buy with the glasses!!!nnThey didn't provide the invoice sayingnthat it will take 10 minutes which is very weird and for more than 3 hours still not receivednnNot recommended to deal with this shop
Very easy going staff and very co operative. Their service is quick and most importantly with a smile. Highly recommend their services. The shop is located in the ground floor, next to MAC shop in Festival City Mall
