Very Good experience here for my ultra lasik laser. I am thankful to Dr. Sherif and all the staff members. All were really helpful and supportive for the whole procedure. Really reasonable price and I got good vision just after one day of my surgery. I recommend to whoever wants to visit here.

I recently had a follow-up appointment after 10 days of a critical laser procedure at this clinic and I was quite disappointed with the experience on my recent visit. Despite having paid a significant amount for the service, I'm still waiting over an hour at the reception before being seen by the doctor for 3:30PM appointment. they're not following up the given schedules / appointments and claiming its busy without giving you an explanation unless you ask them whats the reason for the delay. No apology or an explanation of what the delay is for. Such delays are frustrating, especially when you're already investing a lot in your care. I expected a much more efficient, timely and professional experience given the cost.

The staff are always friendly and professional, and the doctors are thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and efficient, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, an outstanding experience--I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality eye care!

I had a terrible experience at Eye Consultant Hospital in Dubai. I arrived on time and informed them in advance that I had another appointment and i need to be on time . Despite this, I waited over 30 minutes for the visual field test because they said the machine wasn't ready. After about 40 minutes, the test finally started. nShockingly, after completing the test for my right eye, the therapist asked me what my diagnosis was and why the test was being done because there is different type for the test , which was very unprofessional. Then she informed me that the machine had stopped working and we had to wait until they contacted the company to fix it. A complete waste of time. nThe nurses lacked experience and professionalism. However, I must say the receptionist was very nice and helpful the only positive part of my visit. nI do not recommend this place for any treatment. Poor service and inexperienced staff.
On behalf of my son Roy, i would like to thank Eye Consultants. The staff are amazing, the reception, the nurses and Dr. Nadire. The nurses performed all the tests with care and the Dr explained every detail well... Highly recommended.
