Disaster !!! We pay triple price for urgent test. They came 2 h 30 m late then appointment was scheduled. Our flight is just in 3h, left only with prayers that we gonna receive results on time.

We had this company booked thru our resort! We got the test done at 11:00am and paid extra fee to get the results in 6 hours to be on the safe side! Place we are flying have new rules that test must be done in 24hours! I called 15+ times to get the results and they blame on my email … after a lit back and forward he said the test would be done in another 50mim ! I wait another hour and no results or answer calls ! Feels like I been robed ! They sold a service and dont delivered! Plus stress to get close to loose a flight !!!! Do not put your travel in risk
