I had a very bad experience there with Dr.Walaa Al Asuoty he never listen to the patient which was me speak with a not good way with it not care about the patient pain and you feel like that you want run away from there / Not recommend at all.nI hope if he can change his way with the patients to be more comfy and make them less stress .

I am a student who needed care and was unaware of how the whole medical care system worked, and this clinic was recommended to me. This was the wrong place to have a first time. For one thing the service is horrible. The receptionists were snappy and unhelpful. They did not give me all the documents I needed when I was finished with my treatment (nor did they care if I had them), were very unclear about how much I was paying for my treatment, and I had a very stressful and overwhelming experience. As someone who expects a certain level of care, and service, I was extraordinarily disappointed by this place. Plus it's hard to find. And even if you get there early you wait for two hours to be seen because there's a back up somewhere. I would not recommend this place to first-timers. Spare yourself the headache.
