Disappointing Experience and Poor Resolution ProcessnnI had an unsuccessful experience at this clinic that was called Sculpt, and when I voiced my concern to the mother company, they initially seemed open to addressing it. They asked me how I thought the issue could be resolved, and I provided my input. They then invited me to come in for an assessment, which I did, only to be told that my concern was indeed valid. However, instead of rectifying the situation as expected, they informed me that I would have to pay for the correction. nWhile the doctor I interacted with was professional, I found the entire process frustrating and misleading. When I pointed out that they had asked me to come all the way under the impression that they would fix the issue, only to then ask for additional payment, the manager stepped in. She admitted that her team had made a mistake by having me come in for an unnecessary visit but excused it by saying they were new and still learning--an unconvincing and unacceptable justification. nIn the end, rather than taking responsibility, they suggested that I return to the original doctor who performed the unsuccessful treatment (and has now moved elsewhere) and ask her to fix it. This response felt like a complete dismissal of accountability, leaving me highly disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience, as they failed to stand by their work and wasted my time.
