Honestly zero stars! You will NEVER manage to have an appointment with them as scheduled. The technician is always not there and your sessions will be delayed forever. And, you will only be informed that your appointment is cancelled right before the appointment, and they will give you the most inappropriate time “as a solution”. The most unprofessional center I have been with. Seriously, I need a refund of my money because I am not getting any benefits. There is no solution or improvement at all when you stay calm and patient with them. Further, they will act like they apologize for you and send you some flowers to convince you to delete the negative review, and all the sudden the same problem will happen all over again and they will reschedule your appointment that is already booked five months before without any notice and the call center associate will be angry at you!! This time I am not removing this review as I respected you earlier and accepted the apologies. Never been professional with your clients! Such a disappointment!!

I had an amazing facial session with Kamni. She was both friendly and gentle throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. My skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated after the session. I highly recommend her for facial if you’re looking for a professional yet caring experience!

I received a phone call from the center stating that they want to gift me a free service, either facial or skin boosting or a massage,,,,, and I need to see the doctor first since recently I was really looking for some treatment for my skin, I told my self this is the occasion to try,nI went and guess what?nThey start asking if the phone number is mine, as it belongs to an other client and it's a mistake,,, I'm using this number for the past eight years!!!! And how are you contacting the other patient on my number!!!nI knew they did it to let me see the doctor and pay for the called free treatment,nStill they did not tell me anything and they let me wait.nnI took back my ID and I left,nSuch a cheap way to deal with the patientsnWaisted my time, money for the taxi and I'm living far awaynAnd definitely I will never consider this clinic for any treatment in the future!

P.S. my technician is the sweetest!nnThe missing star is because i wish they had a head cover (bandana like) so your hair wouldn’t be ruined. And I wish the beds had overall better neck support.nnBack to my tech, she was nice enough to ask if everything was okay repeatedly. She walked my through every step and answered all my annoying questions.nnShout out to you, Kamni!

Excellent placenI just went for a consultation but the place was amazing, the waiting room was comfortable and they even offered me the wifi. all the professionals were super kind and the doctor answered all my doubts.nI'll go next week for my first treatment there.
