Eve Medical Center – Laser Hair Removal, Slimming & Skin in Fujairah

recent visits have been disappointing. The technician was dismissive and impatient when I expressed discomfort during a laser session, even raising her voice. On another occasion, I was criticized for not knowing the clinic’s closing time, which I wasn’t informed about, and treated with frustration rather than understanding. When questioned about my appointment cancellations, the response was condescending and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a professional clinic.

Very bad experience and not good treated well non professional all staff...online advertising price is different and when you will be visit they will say different price with arguments..and no.1 reception arabic speaking staff is very rude.nWill not recommend to anyone due to the bad experience 👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible service. They started well and I bought 2 different packages: Madeiro and Lynphatic , during last 2 appointments:n1 day I went and the room was not ready ( so they didn’t book my appointment even if I received the message and confirmationn2 day I went at My appointment was at 5:00, after 30 minutes they offer me a room of another treatment ( the bed was not for massage ) I left. I told them already that the next day I was going to fly to my country… in the end of the story I lost 3 massages that I paid in advance!!!! Never againnnVery very bad and not professional at all

I have done sessions in this clinic using onda and promised to see results unfortunately I have seen zero results and I didn’t complete the sessions and asked for refund and they refused to give me any refund or even any other alternative option!!! I really had a bad experience on this I expected them to be more cooperative considering a costumer still had sessions with them. Onda does not do anything to be honest. I will not have any trust in this clinic again.

I then went ahead with my other dental concerns of which were customized according to my needs and aesthetics.nDr Iman was very honest and professional with all my procedures, explaining the pro’s and con’s, together with the time frame of the whole process.nnThe clinic always followed up with me and reminded me of upcoming appointments. Yes, they used the latest technology, which put me at ease. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Dr Iman from Eve Medical Center to anyone in need of dental care.
