I regularly visit Eva medical Clinic for laser sessions and I'm always impressed with the experience! The equipment is modern, the results are great, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional. I truly appreciate their warm and respectful attitude -- they always make me feel comfortable and cared for. One of the best clinics I've dealt with, and I highly recommend it!

I am deeply disappointed with the service and unprofessional receptionist I encountered today. nI had booked an appointment for hijama on May 15th for myself and my father. Upon visiting the clinic, the receptionist informed me that we do not have a doctor available on that day. I inquired about the date of my appointment, and the receptionist confirmed that it was still May 15th. However, I expressed my concern that the doctor was not available on that date. The receptionist was unable to provide an explanation. nIn the event that a doctor is unavailable, the clinic should inform the customer promptly. nThis experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I did Laser hair removal here. It was a very painless session with Joanna. It was overall a very lovely experience.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the clinic. For the second time, I booked an appointment with the specialist, Jenky, but upon arriving at the clinic and waiting for a long time, I discovered that the specialist was fully booked and she finished her duty & left while i was waiting my turn!!! . The other time, she was on annual leave and no one informed me. Fortunately, the specialist (u062au0648u0641u064au0642) was available and helped me with the procedure for the second time. I will guarantee that it was my last visit because my visit to the clinic was only for the offer that I had previously purchased.
