Dr. Maiasa and Dr. Zakwan are both amazing doctor. They are very informative, kind, knowledgeable. They know very well what they are doing, very professional. I can say that I was really in good hands. My IVF journey was a success in their hands. And also, the nurses and receptionist are very helpful indeed, very kind and accommodating. Where to even start… this clinic was unfortunately a huge disappointment. Don’t be fooled by the « interesting » price… Go for quality over price, ESPECIALLY if you have a complicated infertility case like I did. At the end, you may pay a bit more somewhere else but you will save yourself not only wasted money but also time, frustration and tears. They are not skilled for serious infertility. They don’t personalize the process enough to each individual case. And because of this, my egg retrieval process was RUINED. They decided to retrieve my eggs few days early even if my scan CLEARLY showed that my follicles were too small and not ready yet. I expressed my concern and they told me to not worry and everything is fine. Dr. asked me to trust him. I did.. Results : out of 6-7 follicles, they retrieved only 3 eggs and only 1 mature. That one and only egg immediately showed that it will not fertilize. Over 16 000 dirhams trashed just like that!!! Now thinking back, It was so obvious that it will not work, anyone with a bit of clear judgment will know this. My husband and I regret ever going to that clinic. We realized that we are just a number there. They just want money and not the success of all their patients, especially the more difficult case ones. Because if they did, they would have never made such a mistake. With this very poor judgement from the Dr., I was never given a real chance to s쳮d. They never accepted to compensate us. Since then, we went to another clinic with a great and well experienced Dr. that properly studied my case and gave me the best protocol and personalized care, that I was not given at Eve center. Thanks God, we s쳮ded 🙏🏼
