They came 3 days and then on 3rd day they changed their prices with no reason what so ever.nnWe asked for help to bath and massage a diabetic patient with swollen feetu2019s and wounds and they never acknowledged despite promising that they would.nnThey brought a junior inexperienced nurse who wasnu2019t able to perform a simple procedure nor communicate properly.nnNever once they have tested the blood sugar or asked for tests even though the patient is a diabetic with type two.nnThey agree for 3 hrs of service and come and leave after just 30 mins, and if you ask for any help for the patient they ask you to tell them what to do then never do it.nnMost of their medicine recommendations are not even available in the UAE and are recommendations from another country and when u ask for a replacement they disappear with no response for hoursnnAnd we scheduled first appointment then called to adjust the timing as the patient needed to visit a hospital urgently to do tests and the receptionist on the phone was calling us and then I overheard her mention u201c those ppl keep changing their timingsu201d and even after explaining to her the reason for change she only called apologizing. I mean you can do ranting offline not while you are calling the patient, so unprofessional and rude.nnIf you want genuine service then avoid them.nItu2019s a shame they are in business of care while they donu2019t actually care.";.

1. Nurse was told to set alarms to give medicines she ignored patient two times and did not set the alarm on 3 occasions she has fallen a sleep her excuses of not setting alarms was I thought you did it ( we paid 450 for 12 hours for the patient to take her own meds and do her own alarm?) and I will remember no need for alarm- how can somebody remember if they are sleeping ? This is day shiftnn2. Nurse should know how to administer drugs and positions to do it from - she sat back down after one day of not giving one specific medicine the next day she did the same - she could have googled or called her boss to ask how to get the medicine administered in a safe pain free way she did not instead she was on Instagram and taking selfies- she had 12 hours to figure out the medicine schedule. - she decided to use instgram when patient is sleeping and they couldn't sleep but she managed to sleep 4 times. n3. When asked when she leaves what medicine needs to be given- she missed out saying one night medicine - patient is heavily drugged how will they remember it she even forgot to tell patient which medicine to take before bed. n4. She had a cold and went to work and if patients are already compromised in their immune system why is she going to work now patient has a cold due to her and her constantly touching her nose every 1 minutenn5. She fell asleep in two days 3 to 4 times on the day shift - the curtains were open on one day it was not dark and she was snoring- she is not allowed to fall asleep on the day shift when calling her agency they said it is not allowed. n6. It was reflected back to the nurse what she had done and was asked if her parents got the same nurse and same treatment would she be happy and accept this. She said NO. So why is she allowed to give others this type of service but her parents shouldn't receive the same service?nn7. Patients friend had visited on day 1 and taught the nurse how to give one medicine and helped her - is it the job of the patients friend to know what to do and how to do it or the nurse and her managers?nnWhen asking for a refund or partial refund as patient did most of it themselves and had to keep schedule themselves and set their own alarms they said no. nThey offered a fee of 420 for 12 hours only 30 aed less for following week and they said as you've paid already the full amount you can't get a refund? How ? You got to any shop any place and refund can be given bit here they can't?nnHow can we not get a refund or partial refund when they failed to provide the service they advertise to?nnI would not use the service and upset that these type of nurses and care givers exist they aren't fit to look after the sick.

I had an excellent experience at The staff was professional, caring, and efficient, and the facilities were clean and well-organized. My concerns were addressed thoroughly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I cant recommend them enough for their great service, their management and their true care. Mubeena took care of our baby boy along with Nadra for 3 months of night nursing and they have been truly amazing. So much love and care!! They were always on time and a lot of the times early. They needed minimal guidance, took charge and reduced a lot of our stress in dealing with two under two. We also had Nadra baby sit our baby girl a couple of times. My daughter loved her and you can see that so did Nadra. Im extremely grateful to have chosen their service. Ms. Hanadi was extremely professional in working with us on schedules, timings and locations as we had to move between two houses.
