Worst Experience EvernnI had an absolutely terrible experience living in a property managed by Hills Heights Property Management and in AKA Residence in JVC. They treat their tenants with utter disregard and seem to care only about collecting rent and charging for absolutely everything under the sun. Once they sign the lease and take the cheques, they couldn't care less about maintaining the building or ensuring tenant satisfaction. nHere are just a few of the many issues I experienced:n1.tAC Negligence: For an entire year, I paid double the AC charges because they refused to properly inspect or fix the issue until I threatened legal action. 2.tMold Everywhere: The common areas reeked of mold, and when I found mold in my drawers, their solution was to clean them superficially and return them--still covered in mold. I had to replace them at my own expense. 3.tLack of Basic Maintenance: They never cleaned my AC filters unless I explicitly requested it--something that should be routine in a well-managed property. 4.tWall Cracks and Pests: I had to pay to re-touch all the cracks and openings in the walls myself and hire pest control due to their lack of care. When I asked them to take responsibility, they quoted outrageously high prices for the job. 5.tZero Tenant Care: They are notorious for treating all tenants poorly, and my experience was no exception. On too many occasions, they spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, making it clear they have no interest in tenant satisfaction or well-being. nI wish I had moved out a long time ago. Leaving this place was the best decision I've made, especially after seeing how real property managers and building owners treat their tenants. It's night and day compared to the appalling service I endured here. nLiving here was like throwing money into a black hole. They show no responsibility or accountability. I wouldn't recommend Hills Heights Property Management or AKA Residence in JVC to my worst enemy. Stay far away!
