When my friend was admitted for surgery, I visited the hospital. The reception area and patient rooms appeared well-maintained, and the staff was helpful. However, there were delays in responding to requests, and the pharmacy felt cramped

She took the time to thoroughly explain my fathers condition and the treatment options available, making sure I understood every detail.
