I have been to many hospitals in my life, but this was my first time at Emirates Hospital. The hospital was quite busy, and I had to wait due to the number of patients. However, during that time, Noura, a patient executive, came to assist me. She quickly registered me for the UCC because my health was in a very bad condition. nAfter completing the registration, she personally took me to the UCC and stayed with me until my treatment was finished. Her kindness and support meant a lot to me during that difficult time. nI highly recommend that any patient visiting the hospital. If anyone has any problem, then meet her.trest me. I highly recommend Dr. Samiya, physiotherapist. She thoroughly assessed my condition and emphasized the importance of doing the recommended exercises regularly. During each session, she encouraged me to stay consistent and educated me on proper body mechanics -- especially helpful for both my job and caring for my babies. Every session was informative, supportive, and played a crucial role in relieving my lower back pain. I'm truly grateful for her guidance and expertise!

Emirates Hospital is an excellent facility -- clean, well-maintained, and very professional. The staff is welcoming, and everything is well organized from the moment you enter. nI had physiotherapy sessions there and I can confidently say the physiotherapy department is the best. I was treated by Dr. Samiya Asghar, and she was truly outstanding. She is caring, attentive, and works from the heart. She always made sure I was comfortable and never in pain, and her kind approach made a big difference in my recovery. I'm really grateful for her support and highly recommend her.
I had a great experience at this hospital. The waiting time was minimal, which made a big difference, especially during a stressful moment. The urgent care nurses were incredibly compassionate, attentive. I was also seen by Dr. Mosaab from the internal medicine department--he was absolutely excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly. His nurse was equally kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking efficient and compassionate care.
