From start to finish, my experience at Emirates Hospital in Motorcity was absolutely perfect. Went in for a quick scan and ended up surgically removing a cyst on my scalp because that’s how trusting Dr. Maen was from the get-go. He was incredibly supportive, patient and kept up a calm, funny demeanor in order to make me feel at ease. The surgery nurses and staff was equally excellent and kind throughout. Notably nurse Sheetal was super helpful and made sure we had a quick and easy discharge procedure as well. Thank you everyone at Emirates Hospital!

I visited the hospital four days ago while experiencing significant and ongoing pain. The first doctor I saw was professional and kind, and I truly appreciated her approach. She recommended that I consult a bone specialist for further evaluation. I then saw the second doctor and was informed that I needed to complete two diagnostic tests, which required insurance pre-approval before proceeding. I understood the process and waited for the necessary submission. After two days without any update, I contacted my insurance provider directly and was informed that no request for these tests had been submitted. Since then, I have made several attempts to follow up with the hospital. It has been difficult to reach the relevant department, and customer service responses have mainly been that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication. As a patient who is still experiencing unexplained pain and waiting for diagnostic testing, the delay and lack of follow-up have been distressing. I am sharing this as a factual account of my experience and hope improvements can be made in communication, insurance coordination, and timely patient support.

I had a minor surgery at Emirates Hospital, and my experience was very positive. Dr. Maen Issa was an excellent and very accommodating doctor. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the process. The hospital itself was very easy to book with, and the waiting time was minimal and well managed. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommended.
