Emirates Hospital Day Surgery, Al Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi

I feel bad giving this 1 star to this hospital because of one disrespectful Doctor but this may be the only way to get this out there for everyone to see. Dr. Afaf is not to be trusted or even gone to, she’s very disrespectful of peoples time. I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room and there was nothing the staff could do because I wasn’t the only angry patient. I’ve been to this hospital many times to see Dr Meltem Tank and Dr Alain Abdallah but my experience was always top tier with them. In the end, I left the hospital without even seeing her. This is very unacceptable!! Hope this message is seen by the management because I will escalate this to the ministry.

Jennifer has been absolutely fantastic at her job! She is attentive and gentle! She always has a smile on her face and does what’s best for her patients. She makes me feel safe!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this hospital is. Epic services. My kids have been treated by two ANGEL doctors, Dr Ayesha Mehmood and Dr Salma for many years. They both are compassionate, thorough and extremely devoted! We need more doctors like them

I recently visited Dr. Hanan Jeghami (Internal Medicine) to have some blood diagnostics and scans done, essentially a full analysis of blood work. Dr. Hanan is an exceptional practitioner and extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming . From being seen, to then having a discussion of the results from laboratory, this only took 2 days. The discussion and explanation of the results was in-depth and Dr. Hanan took the time to explain them clearly to me and put together a plan. I am extremely grateful for the overall service I had received, which is also supported by her strong nursing team - there is always a lot of administration throughout these visits and nurse Lynette was extremely knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Highly recommended for cholesterol/well being/diabetes related investigations. My overall impression is that Emirates Hospital is a very well run hospital environment and I will be sure to explore other doctors there, should the need arise. Thank you Dr. Hanan.
