I and my family have been visiting Dr Kaur for the last 7 years for care of our teeth. I am really happy with the professional approach and the level of care she extends to us every time we visit her. I sincerely recommend her to all. Extremely disappointed with the quality of care. nI visited this clinic with a visibly injured toe -- swollen, misaligned, and painful. The doctor briefly touched the toe, declared it was a fracture u201cwithout displacementu201d -- all without doing any X-ray, because, as I was told, the X-ray room is under renovation. nI explained that I had a flight that night and needed clear advice and a proper diagnosis. Instead, I was told to get an X-ray in Ukraine when I arrive, and I was given a recommendation to buy painkillers at the pharmacy. That was it. nNo diagnostic tools. No immobilization. No proper treatment. Just verbal guessing, a painkiller suggestion -- and a 500 AED bill. nThis is unacceptable for a medical facility in Dubai, especially when charging such fees. I feel completely let down. During a business trip, I had the misfortune of getting a throat infection, which kept me awake at night. I quickly googled clinics/hospitals and found this. They had an ENT specialist, so I took an uber, and rushed to the place. I arrived just as the clinic was opening, so there was no crowd. Everything was professional. De. Ahmed was great. I am already feeling better after a few hours.
I cannot recommend Dr. Rajmeet Kaur highly enough! She has been my trusted dentist in Dubai for the past 3 years, and I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. Not only is she an exceptional implantologist who expertly handled my dental implant, but she also helped with my wisdom teeth extractions and has been instrumental in maintaining my overall oral health. nWhat really makes Dr. Rajmeet stand out is how warm, approachable, and genuinely caring she is. She ensures an almost pain-free treatment experience, even during complex procedures, and her incredible bedside manner always puts me at ease. She genuinely listens, explains everything clearly, and goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible.
