The service here is pretty much unbearable. My brother was admitted here for a surgery and he had intense pain on the 6th day. doctor dhurgahm, a pediatrician- kept on acting all haughty and refused to give proper explanation on why my brother had pain and kept on acting annoyed every time we would ask him a question regarding his health. He said that my brother kept on screaming without any pain and was just acting and ran off without any proper explanation and didn’t let us finish. Turns out there was indeed a problem with the catheter but he was being ignorant so he didn’t know. If you’re a doctor, act like one. Even the nurses act ignorant. When you call them for an emergency, they’ll just sit on the counter and make us wait for 10-15 minutes, whilst they will be talking and laughing. The service here is absolutely horrendous.

It is my honor to work as a physician at Saqr hospital-RAK which has been part of EHS body for many years. We deliver most scientific and ethical medical services. Being a sworn doctor and dedicated care provider, we have to follow most regulations and policies that have been implemented worldwide, especially in the gulf region.

As an EHS staff member, I can confidently say that our team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Actually iam working in Ehs facility under company from January 2021 ,worked hardly in pandemic situations now we got termination last working day is June 30,Jci preparation is going on ,now our mind is totally disturbed because how will perform for jci afterJCI termination.I heard that EHs is hiring new staff ,Actually working in remote area going from sharjah now 3 yrs finished .Try to understand our situation terminating us and hiring new staff

Absolutely appalling service! It’s been nearly a month, and the administration office still hasn’t managed to process a simple refund! Their communication is abysmal, and their staff’s incompetence is glaringly evident. It’s either a severe lack of confidence in their own team to make decisions or sheer irresponsibility on their part. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and dealing with unprofessionalism.
