Horrible experience with making appointments. The doctor prescribed me the ultrasound test. The clinic called twice when I was in the meeting, so I could not respond. Since then, already for 10 days, I can’t make an appointment: called the call center - they can’t make radiology appointments and tell me someone will call back. I request communication per email or WhatsApp. Nothing happens. I call and text, asking for the appointment - I get only promises that someone will get back to me and no one does. I ask for a contact of the clinic manager to help me - I am not given it. I had such experience twice. So it’s not accidental, it’s systematic. My verdict - if you can choose a different clinic - do so, as this one does not have functioning communication structures.

Not at all convincing. Plenty of "uncomfortable" experiences which I do not like to make public here. But a 1 star rating is unfortunately reflecting my trust in this institution.
