Good service
On my recent flight Singapore (EK353) - Dubai - (EK027) Glasgow, I have met many of your flight attendants whom are good at their job. Two of whom I wish to compliment are Ms Ana & especially Ms Rachel Cook from flight EK027. Ms Ana helped me by giving me the thing that I requested promptly the minute I sat and requested for it. However I can't say the same for another stewardess on the connection flight before it (EK353). My husband asked her but she said later and she never came back to pass it to me when she had already passed us many times. My specially thanks to Ms Rachel Cook, crew of flight EK027 who made my day by going all her way out to help me to find a charm that had fallen from by bracelet. Told her it's okay, I will just have my daughter to buy me again but she offered to help me to find. Thanks to her effort, she found the missing charm. To Ms Rachel Cook, I wish to express, the help rendered to me will always be remembered. Not just because of your service but also because you care. I might meet you again on any flight anytime soon but please keep up the good work ♥️
