Had been there several times for my personal and family treatments. All the doctors are very gentle and nice but Dr. Ruba Munchi (Paediatrician) is one of the best doctor I have ever met. Very professional in her job and very kind to her patients.

I gave birth last month via normal delivery. Dr. Shameem and her team of nurses were amazing.We had a wonderful experience through their services. Me and my baby were well taken care during the entire days of hospital stay. I highly recommended PRIME HOSPITAL AL GARHOUD was one of the best hospital.

I called the hospital to get an appointment to meet with the anesthesiologist regarding my daughters surgery, they said I don't need an appointment. I went to the hospital and registered and they said there is one patient before us and I we will get to see the doctor within 15 to 20 mins. Every time I asked the nurse about our situation she kept stalling us. Finally after an hour the nurse who was the receptionist came and said that the doctor is busy and said that the doctor says that my child should come fasting 8 hours before surgery. It was completely unprofessional and very disappointing. I had my doubts on getting the surgery at Prime hospital but now am certain and sure that it isn't the right place for my daughter.
