Bottom line I have to live with astigmatism correction lenses and reading lenses now,both I didn't use before the procedure.nnI did the cataracts procedure and replaced the lences for both eyes. My disappointment with the results is due to the following factors. I still cannot see clearly while driving ,especially at night. Also, Main issue which I clearly explained to the doctor that I am a person who does a lot of craft ,painting work, reading and computer work and I was doing this comfortably without the glasses before the procedure. Now, I have to put on reading classes to do this. I need to use glasses for driving and for reading. for me this is not a success.. it a very disappointing result that can never be fixed";.

Worst experience ever!! My appointment was scheduled at 2:15 i had to wait till 3 and i still didn't see the doctor, everyone was disappointed because of the double booking of the appointments !! I ended up leaving the clinic without even seeing the doctor

I had Femto Lasik procedure done in Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center. I can confidently say that the recovery has been much quicker than I thought. I do not have any side symptoms and the only medication that I have been using are eye drops. At this point, I am very happy with the way my routine has changed, the comfort of not having to deal with the lenses and the glasses and the most important for me personally is that I feel more confident when driving at night because my night vision has improved significantly. I would like to use my chance and thank to each and every one of the Ebsaar clinic staff, specially to Dr Hani Sakla who was the one that conducted the surgery for their kind and profesional treatment and quality standards. I recommend to all of those who are doubting to go for an initial screening, feel for themself the homy atmosphere at Ebsaar clinic and stop doubting because it will change your life.
I'm beyond frustrated with Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center. I had a scheduled appointment and was made to wait over two hours without any explanation, update, or basic courtesy. This is not just unprofessional - it's disrespectful. nWhy bother giving appointments if you can't stick to them? My time was completely wasted, and no one even had the decency to apologize. The staff clearly don't care about patients or their time. Absolutely unacceptable and I'll never return. I strongly warn others to stay away - this clinic has zero respect for people.
