Dr. Wael Arabi I would like to thank the doctor. I came from another doctor. Another doctor could not do my filling well and touched a nerve ending. Unfortunately, I had to have root canal treatment. Dr. Wael performed my root canal treatment and his recitation of Bismillah at every step made me feel at ease :) His hand is very light, calm and controlled, as if he was not performing any procedures, he is an expert and explained to me step by step what he did. I did not feel any pain. Since I will be flying in a week, it was very good for me that he finished it in one session. I did not have any problems afterwards. I can now chew on my teeth and press them, alhamdulillah. Thank goodness you exist, Dr. Wael. I would like to thank you for helping me get through this process quickly.

Dr. Yasmin Omran is amazing! She's super gentle, professional, and really thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

Chipped a tooth and located a cavity below on national holidays, staff were super supportive in getting me on a standby appointment and Dr. Max was super friendly and professional, in and out within 40 minutes or less. nOnly drawback is that my insurance (cirgna) is not linked to them and that's more of my problem if i want to deal with professional dentists who are not part of cigna network. nTip: assign some extra time for parking and navigating the mall and then towards business tower, spefially in weekdays.
I rarely write reviews, but I simply had to share my experience. After ten years in Dubai, I finally found a dentist I trust implicitly. Dr. Max is truly exceptional - not only in his skill and professionalism but in the genuine care and connection he builds with his patients. His bedside manner is second to none; he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, listens with empathy and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Finding someone you can fully trust with your dental health is no small thing, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him.
