I seldom complain about things but when I went there, I experienced total negligence from the nurses. There is no coordination, no ethics, no empathy and no professionalism. I wish I could file a police case towards the arrogant ignorant indian staffs (I am not racist but I was felt discriminated). From 20h00 to 21h30 I did both x-ray and Lab for the blood sample. From 21h30 until 23h30 I was pleading people to support me I was feezing I was sick and weak and these nurses did not show any kindness any patience. Imagine seating on a chair for more than 2 hours seeing other patients getting their consultation and their medications even those who came after me. Only when I approached a local receptionist I explained my situation, I had to wait few minutes more and I was finally being assisted by an arabic doctor. He came back to me with a different name only then he asked me for my UAE ID. I got my medications at 00h00. I went there because I thought I would get better but it got worse. They have to review their staffs as they are not as competent as they should. Help me to get this straight to their management. Now, I do not have any idea why they took blood samples from me and when and how I will be informed.
Staffs are very supportive with helping mentality...energetic too
They should have good consultation to improve their bad performance
before was very crowded,now less people come here because blood test for visa not here now
