I have been a resident of the villa community for many years and a frequent patient at the DLC- Villa branch. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Azra Kaslo at the Dubai London Clinic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Kaslo is highly professional and knowledgeable, and she took the time to thoroughly address all my concerns. Her compassionate and attentive approach made me feel confident in her care. nThe clinic staff were also exceptional, providing a seamless and pleasant experience. The facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped. I highly recommend Dr. Kaslo to anyone seeking top-notch medical care in Dubai.

Just called the appointment desk to try and sort out a quick vaccination visit for my 17yr old. I was told to come for a visit and on the recommendation of the doctor, the vaccination will be requested and post approval from insurance(one of the highest coverage) he can get vaccinated. No guarantee in one visit though. Working mom with a grade 12 student who doesn't have time to breathe, I am trying to finish everything in one visit - unfortunately not possible at the Villa Clinic. Pls do think about customer service once in a while. All that I requested for was the proactive-ness of the team to ensure the approval is sorted beforehand and after meeting the doctor the vaccination can be administered immediately.
