I bought a brand new house from Emaar golf place and the quality it TERRIBLE! They used the cheapest of the cheapest of products. AC's came without filters, painting is rubbish, waterproofing is rubbish, the quality of everything in the house is rubbish. They don't have a sewer system so when it rains the sewerage comes into the house through the drainage. The garage is WAY TOO SMALL for 4, 5 and 6 bedroom houses, they should have a 3 park garage minimum. The kitchen counters break easily because of how terrible the quality is but Emaar doesn't care and they won't fix it. They just want your money! If you accidentally mess lemon juice on your kitchen counters, it will stain. There's barely lights in the house. The people that you call from the Emaar team to fix any maintenance are all useless and not trained well enough to take care and fix the issue. You will have to keep calling back to fix the until you use get a private company to fix it yourself and pay for it. And good luck getting the Emaar maintenance team to get to your villa in the first place. You will have to call 800EMAAR 100 times to tell them about your issue and they will keep delaying your issue and will never keep up to their promises. When you finally get the Emaar maintenance team to your villa to fix the issue, they make a huge mess and don't come to fix it again. THATS EMAAR FOR YOU!

Good environment, luxury and greenest part of dubai
Location is pretty good. Can get to most places in 15-20min max. Community is quite nice and it has most things you will need nearby. It has a community golf course, has a community park, has a community office park, has its own schools, has its own hospital, great for families, great for pets and great for walks... ot flooded by tourists, quiet ambiance, very green, love it
