With 4 branches they donu2019t have one specialist that can actually do the work. They keep referring you from a doctor to doctor in different branches, everyone is just chatting with you rather than working on your teeth. Billing is super shady and they keep asking you to do more and more things outside of your insurance range (keep in mind I have one of the best insurances in the gulf). I have been in pain for 7 days, on antibiotics and they canu2019t find me an appointment, when they do turns out I need to see 3 more doctors (FOR A ROOT CANAL!!) and with every doctor there is something to be done outside of the insurance range. They also all had different diagnosis so how do you trust them ?! I would avoid at all cost in future, recommend you do the same";.

The clinic is a joke. They claim they have such good reputation and are the best in Dubai. With 4 branches they don't have one specialist that can actually do the work. I highly recommend this dental clinic! The staff is warm, attentive, and extremely professional. The dentist takes the time to explain each step clearly and kindly, which makes you feel immediately at ease. The care is delivered with precision and gentleness, in a clean and modern environment. Dr. Marna is amazing! So gentle, sweet, and professional -- I trust her completely. I go to her regularly for dental hygiene visits, my daughter and friends do too. Highly recommend!
Dr Shehab felfel and his team were incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable. They took the time to answer our questions and ensured she was relaxed before starting the procedure. Throughout the surgery, the staff was attentive and gentle, making sure she was at ease before and after procedures.
