DONT GO HERE!! I did a labiaplasty with Dr Zelal, unfortunately the results where not good at all. Not symmetrical and left me a hole inside the labia. I moved out the country and came back to fix it only to see that she charges 3000 aed for a reduction. I think it’s completely unacceptable to mutilate your clients who pay full price and even ask for money for a reduction. I will never go to her or Novomed ever again service is unprofessional 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Dr Zelal is the best so far .nShe is very welcoming , good listener and give options without pressuring .nShe makes patients feel welcome n comes out of her room to meet n greet which is rare and appreciated .nI am so happy I met her and doing my follow ups with her .nKeep the great work 👍👍
10/10 Dr. Zelal is so caring and professional. She makes you feel comfortable & safe in a stressful situation and is extremely responsive and communicative. Other doctors make you feel like they have a million patients and you are not important. Dr. Zelal makes you feel like you can take all the time you need to discuss things with her, and like your health is important to her as well.
The doctor is professional, very light hand, and very friendly. You will never regret visiting her.nAlso always ready to answer any queries for her patients.
