Loved the experience. My back pain had reduced in the first seasion itself and I was pain free in 3 sessions. Dr. Zaineb was very patient and Beena was very good and helpful. All the staff there are friendly. They have a small steam area and a bathroom inside the treatment room itself.

I contacted them via WhatsApp and asked if they offered a specific type of massage I was looking for, and they confirmed they provided it. Shortly after, they reached out and suggested that I should come in for a consultation. When I arrived, I discovered that the consultation was required but no one had informed me of this beforehand. The consultation itself had a fee almost equal to the cost of the massage!nnThe questions asked by the doctor were unrelated to health and were mostly personal questions. During the massage, the doctor stood over my head, which made me feel uneasy, as if it were a performance! She kept going in and out during the massage, preventing me from feeling relaxed.nnThe quality of the massage was much lower than usual; there was no professionalism at all. The next day, my neck was so sore that I couldn’t move it for a week!nnThere was no credibility or professionalism in their service.nnThis is my opinion and my experience.

Dr Zaineb is highly professional. The clinic is well equipped and the staff is good too. They constantly followup with you to track your improvement and it's easy to reschedule an appointment if you are busy. They accept almost all insurances too.nI had a severe neck and back pain and Dr Zaineb treated it well. Apart from the therapies, she also suggested me dietary and lifestyle changes.
